Itinero Travel Private Limited (“Itinero”, “we”, “us”) operates the pre-launch website at https://itinero.company. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use this site and join the waitlist. This is a standard pre-launch template, not legal advice.

Waitlist email addresses are stored in Supabase (hosted database infrastructure). We use providers that help us run the site and API; they process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your email to third parties for their marketing.
Where applicable (for example in the EEA/UK), we rely on your consent when you submit the waitlist form and agree to this policy, and on our legitimate interests in operating a pre-launch waitlist and communicating about our product. In India, we process data in line with applicable Indian law and this notice.
We retain waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, you unsubscribe from communications, or we no longer need it for the pre-launch program and related launch activities—whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate disputes. Server logs are kept for a limited period appropriate for security and operations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@itinero.company. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This pre-launch site does not use advertising cookies. If you accept our cookie banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics (anonymous page-view and traffic metrics) via a script served from our domain at /_vercel/insights/script.js. Analytics runs only after you accept; declining or ignoring the banner means analytics is not loaded. Your accept choice is stored in localStorage under the key itinero_cookie_consent. Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data through the waitlist.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
