These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://itinero.company (the “Site”), operated by Itinero Travel Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India (“Itinero”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This is a standard pre-launch template, not legal advice.
The Site promotes an upcoming consumer travel product. Content is for general information only. Features, pricing, availability, and the launch date (1 June 2026 target) may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell goods or services until we publish official terms on launch channels.
When you submit your email, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. We may refuse or remove entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or duplicated. Waitlist membership does not guarantee access, pricing, or launch timing.
References to a 30% pre-launch discount reflect promotional intent for waitlist members and are subject to terms at launch. Final eligibility, products covered, duration, and mechanics are described in our Pre-Launch Promotional Terms, which are incorporated by reference. We may modify or withdraw the promotion as permitted by law.
Itinero names, logos, copy, graphics, and software on the Site are owned by Itinero Travel Private Limited or its licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use related to the waitlist. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
The Site may link to social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Medium) and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of pre-launch information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Itinero Travel Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or waitlist—even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the waitlist (typically zero) or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itinero Travel Private Limited from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply and cannot be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
